Building Approval / Section 73

In NSW all Development may require a building plan approval in order to Develop: Building plan approvals (sydneywater.com.au)
Section 73 Certificate is a requirement for any new building development to be able to connect to Sydney Water infrastructure. This applies for all new developments: whether you are building a residential, commercial or industrial facility: Section 73 Compliance Certificates (sydneywater.com.au)
